Returns Policy

Eligible standard products may be returned within 90 days of delivery. This page explains the window, condition requirements, who pays return freight, and the Verde Green and international exceptions.
90-day returns
Eligible standard products may be returned within 90 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. Original packaging should be used where reasonably applicable. Please contact orders@projektsupply.com for return authorization before sending merchandise back.
No restocking fee
There is no restocking fee on eligible authorized returns. Projekt Supply does not charge 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, or any other restocking percentage for ordinary returns of eligible standard products.
Ordinary return shipping
For normal customer-choice returns, the customer pays return shipping. That includes examples such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong finish, ordering the wrong size, or a project change, provided the item remains eligible for return.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after returned merchandise is received and inspected.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If Projekt Supply ships damaged merchandise, defective merchandise, or incorrect merchandise, Projekt Supply pays the applicable return or replacement shipping cost. Customers are not required to pay return freight for a Projekt Supply or shipping error.
Verde Green exception
Verde Green finish products are special-order, final sale, and non-returnable for ordinary returns. This final-sale rule does not eliminate remedies for damaged merchandise, defective merchandise, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, or rights that cannot legally be waived.
International returns
International orders are final sale / non-returnable for ordinary returns. Exceptions apply for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, and where applicable law requires otherwise.
Applicable law
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
