Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 4, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Projekt Supply website, catalog, project tools, accounts, quotes, and orders. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Who we are
Projekt Supply is an Encino, California-based lighting supplier focused on outdoor, architectural, landscape, and project lighting. Founded in 2024, Projekt Supply combines a modern online purchasing platform with more than 25 years of industry experience across retail, wholesale, and manufacturing.
Some products are sold under their original manufacturer identity where authorized, while Projekt Supply also offers private-label products.
Projekt Supply is the operator of the website, catalog, project tools, accounts, quotes, and orders described in these Terms. The legal company name is Project Supply. The public business address is 16430 Ventura Blvd #202B, Encino, CA 91436.
Agreement to these terms
If you use the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not create an account or place an order. Supplemental terms in a written quote, order confirmation, or credit application from Projekt Supply control if they conflict with these Terms for that transaction.
Service changes and availability
Catalog data, product availability, pricing, order workflows, account features, and support processes may change. Those changes do not reduce your obligation to confirm specifications, pricing, and lead times before relying on the site for bidding or construction. Website features may be limited, paused, or unavailable during maintenance or operational updates.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under the account. Use the website only for legitimate product discovery, project planning, purchasing, or business support. Information you provide at registration, including account type, contractor details, and licensing status, must be accurate. Trade or distributor pricing may require approval and may remain at guest pricing until approved. Projekt Supply may restrict, suspend, or revoke access for security, operational, credit, or policy reasons.
Account termination
You may request that we close your account by emailing privacy@projektsupply.com. We may suspend or terminate an account immediately for unpaid amounts, suspected fraud, misuse, inaccurate professional information, or violation of these Terms. After termination, we may retain order and legal records as described in the Privacy Policy. Website features may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Product information
Product images, specifications, media, resources, model numbers, prices, and availability are provided for planning purposes and may change without notice. Confirm critical dimensions, electrical requirements, finishes, certifications, photometric performance, and availability before purchasing or specifying products. Website content does not replace professional design, engineering, electrical, code, or installation advice.
Quotes and project tools
Project, quote, and order-request tools support coordination with Projekt Supply. A saved project, cart, or on-screen total is not a binding offer by Projekt Supply. Inventory figures, lead-time notes, and displayed prices are estimates until we accept an order.
Order acceptance
Placing products in a cart or submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when Projekt Supply accepts the order, which may occur by sending an order confirmation, capturing or receiving payment and confirming the order, issuing an invoice, or shipping the goods, at our election. We may refuse, cancel, or split an order before acceptance, including for suspected error, credit review, product availability, export or shipping limits, or account status. Payment through Stripe or another processor authorizes the charge for the displayed amount but does not, by itself, require us to fulfill every line if we later reject or adjust the order and refund any amount not accepted.
Pricing errors
We may correct obvious pricing, quantity, configuration, or discount errors before or after checkout. If an error is material, we may cancel the affected line or order and refund amounts paid for the cancelled portion. We are not obligated to honor a price that is an obvious mistake, including a misplaced decimal, missing zero, unpublished trade price, or a configuration that cannot be supplied as displayed.
Taxes and freight
Displayed merchandise totals may not include all taxes, duties, or freight. Applicable sales tax, use tax, and similar charges may be collected at checkout, added to an invoice, or remain the buyer’s responsibility depending on destination, exemption status, and how the order is fulfilled. Provide valid exemption documentation before invoicing if you claim an exemption.
The current shipping policy is published at /shipping. In summary, Projekt Supply offers free standard UPS Ground shipping on orders delivered to addresses within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping. Second-day, next-day, expedited, freight-collect, liftgate, inside-delivery, and international shipments require a quote and are not free. International orders are handled by quote only.
Lead times
Any ship date, stock note, or lead time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Verde Green products typically ship within 2–3 business days. Orders received after 1:00 PM Pacific Time are treated as received the following business day for handling-time purposes. Factory, factory-transfer, special-order, finish, and configured items may have longer or variable lead times. Projekt Supply is not liable for delay caused by manufacturers, carriers, labor, materials, weather, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Cancellations and change orders
You may request cancellation or a change in writing to orders@projektsupply.com. We will try to accommodate requests that reach us before the goods are cut, finished, released to a factory, or shipped. Custom, made-to-order, special-order, configured, and non-stock items often cannot be cancelled or changed once released. Approved cancellations or changes may include factory cancellation charges, outbound freight, and price adjustments. Ordinary authorized returns of eligible stock merchandise do not include a restocking fee; see the Returns Policy.
Returns, custom, and special-order merchandise
The current returns policy is published at /returns. Eligible standard products may be returned within 90 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. There is no restocking fee. For ordinary customer-choice returns, the customer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after returned merchandise is received and inspected. If Projekt Supply ships damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, Projekt Supply pays the applicable return or replacement shipping cost.
Verde Green finish products are special-order and final sale / non-returnable for ordinary returns. International orders are likewise final sale / non-returnable for ordinary returns. Those final-sale rules do not eliminate remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Damage and freight claims
Inspect shipments on delivery and note visible damage or shortage on the carrier delivery record before signing. Keep packaging and product for inspection. Notify Projekt Supply at orders@projektsupply.com as soon as possible, and in any event within five calendar days after delivery for visible damage or shortage, and within fifteen calendar days after delivery for concealed damage. Late notice may limit or bar a claim. Title and risk of loss pass according to the shipping terms on the order confirmation; unless we agree otherwise, carrier claims are handled under those terms with our reasonable assistance.
Manufacturer warranties versus Projekt Supply warranties
Most products are manufactured by third parties. To the extent assignable, manufacturer warranties pass through to the buyer, and warranty service is performed according to the manufacturer’s terms. Projekt Supply does not expand a manufacturer warranty and is not the warrantor unless a written Projekt Supply confirmation expressly says so.
Except as required by law or as expressly stated in a written order confirmation, products and the website are provided as available, and Projekt Supply disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We warrant that we will convey good title to products we sell, subject to the manufacturer’s and these Terms’ limitations.
Payment
If online payment is enabled, submitting payment authorizes the processor to charge the selected payment method for the displayed amount, plus any tax or freight later confirmed for that order. Credit, net terms, or trade accounts require separate approval. We may suspend fulfillment for failed, disputed, or reversed payments.
User and project content
You are responsible for content you submit, upload, or enter, including project names, notes, collaborator invitations, and account details. You grant Projekt Supply a non-exclusive license to use that content as needed to operate the site, quote, fulfill, support, and keep records of the related project or order. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, confidential, or third-party content unless you have the right to use it for that purpose. We may remove content that appears to violate these Terms or create operational or security risk.
Intellectual property
The website, catalog presentation, Projekt model numbers, copy, layout, and original graphics are owned by Projekt Supply or its licensors. Third-party brand names, product images, and manufacturer marks belong to their owners. Viewing or downloading a cut sheet, image, or other resource does not transfer ownership or give you a right to republish or resell that material, except for ordinary project specification and purchase of the related products.
No professional advice
Users remain responsible for confirming product suitability and compliance with applicable codes, drawings, and project requirements. Projekt Supply is not the engineer, architect, or installer of record for your project unless a separate written agreement says so.
Limitation of availability
Projekt Supply may update, interrupt, or discontinue website features at any time. Beta features may be incomplete, unavailable, or changed based on testing and operational needs. Outages, catalog gaps, or pricing-tool limits are not a breach of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projekt Supply and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost jobs, cover costs, delay damages, liquidated damages, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid to Projekt Supply for the specific products giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Projekt Supply against claims, losses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your content, your specification or installation of products, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of trade or distributor pricing.
Force majeure
Projekt Supply is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including manufacturer or carrier disruption, labor disputes, materials shortages, fire, flood, pandemic, government action, utilities, cyber incidents, or failures of third-party platforms such as payment or hosting providers.
Dispute procedure
Before filing a lawsuit, send a written description of the dispute to sales@projektsupply.com and allow thirty days for good-faith resolution. This does not limit either party’s right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse, unpaid invoices, or unauthorized access, or to proceed sooner if a limitations period would otherwise expire.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, may also be communicated by email or site notice. The updated Terms apply to later use of the site and to orders placed after the update. They do not change a contract already formed for an accepted order unless both parties agree in writing.
